Quarter 1 Awards

Today we celebrated our friends who had perfect attendance, missed only one day, and the students who persevered the most in our classroom and in specials.  We are very proud of them!

Thankful Pumpkins

We made these beautiful pumpkins and wrote something that we are thankful for on each strip.  I am so thankful for my students and all the smiles they give me!

STEM Challenge #1

American Education Week

Today the kids were allowed to dress up like a career they would like to have.  Some of the careers were a soldier, a veterinarian, a PE teacher, a football player, an artist, and a clothing designer.

Researching Planets

We are working on a research project in class.  Each student is gathering facts on a planet.  Today we used Pebble Go on our chrome books.  The kids were so engaged and working hard.  We will be using the facts we gather to create a Google slideshow to teach others about the different planets in our solar system.  I can't wait to see how they turn out.
